Talks Underway for New Totem Lake Mall

Talks are underway for a new Totem Lake Mall that will be built in the style of Redmond Town Center.

Wouldn’t that be nice? Situated in the same location as the current Totem Lake Mall, it would be really convenient for all of us in Kingsgate and it would greatly enhance the value of our properties.

I sure do love Kingsgate. We are poised on the edge of     extensive expansion, growth, renewal and beautification of our great home here on the North East End of Kirkland.

My son bought a small modest ranch-style home in Rose Hill (South East End of Kirkland) six years ago and it has doubled in value since them. That could be the future for Kingsgate too.

Kingsgate is the next great area up the I-405 corridor to experience the rapid growth, expansion and beautification process that took place in Kirkland and Redmond over the past few years.  

Imagine Kingsgate six years from now… it will be fresher, cleaner, revitalized, renewed … an even better place to live than it is already. Here’s just a selection of what’s already in store for the area:

• Kingsgate Safeway’s $3 million dollar remodel  is already underway

• The new Verdeaux Condos on I-405 costing $350-$450K for 1088 to 1308 sq. ft.

• Plans for a brand new Totem Lake Mall in discussion

• Annexation of Kingsgate by Kirkland to become a part of the city itself is in the works.
